Following the success of Toyotaβs Lease End campaign, we created an eight-touch email series for Lexus drivers with one year left on their lease. This series guides them through the decision to stay within the Lexus family, starting with personalized reminders and continuing with engaging content that encourages them to explore the full Lexus lineup at their local dealer. Each email is designed to keep them connected to the brand, ensuring they have all the information needed to make an informed choice for their next vehicle.
